E5.2.7 Forest and agricultural certification in Viet Nam

  • Sustainable forest certification data can be accessed through the Viet Nam Forest Certification Office (VFCO).[1] A table of trends in national forest certification data is also available on the VFCO website.[2]
  • Data on trends in forest and agricultural certifications in Viet Nam for 2021, 2022 and 2023 shows that the forest area certified for sustainable forest management increased from 314,000 ha in 2021 to 465,000 ha in 2023 (See Table E5.2.7 below for more detail).[3]
